Quanon Systems Limited (“Quanon”, “we”) provides enterprise technology services including software platforms, professional services, and related support. Additional statements of work, order forms, or SaaS subscription agreements may apply and prevail if they conflict with these website Terms.

If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

You must provide accurate registration information, safeguard credentials, and promptly notify us of unauthorised access.

You must not misuse the service: probe or disrupt systems, circumvent security, upload malware, scrape beyond permitted APIs, or use the service for unlawful activity.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security risk, or non-payment under a commercial agreement.

Public marketing pages are informational. Purchases, subscriptions, and paid provisioning are governed by customer contracts and quotations.

Operational billing documents (invoices, quotations, receipts, subscription records) may be issued in Canonsoft Primary. Online payment capture for platform SaaS products is handled by Quanon Platform (or its designated payment providers such as M-Pesa or card processors), not by Canonsoft Primary as a payment gateway.

Taxes may apply as stated on invoices. Currency for documents issued in Kenya is typically Kenya Shillings (KES) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Quanon and its licensors retain all rights in the websites, software, trademarks, and documentation. Customers retain rights in their own data and content submitted to the service.

You grant us a limited licence to host and process your content solely to provide the service.

Each party must protect the other’s non-public business information with reasonable care and use it only for performing under these Terms or a related commercial agreement.

We aim for high availability and take commercially reasonable steps to keep services secure and operational. Except as expressly stated in a signed commercial agreement, services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the public website or free informational materials.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quanon is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of the website or services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability for claims arising from these website Terms is limited to fees paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding the claim, or KES 50,000 if no fees were paid—whichever is greater—except in cases of proven fraud or willful misconduct.

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the service you acknowledge that processing.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Courts in Kenya have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of material changes for website use; commercial contracts change only as those agreements allow.
